1. Before requesting for a withdrawal, Client must make sure that he/she has already uploaded his/her Passport (or any Government issued ID) and his/her utility bills as Proof of Address through the Personal Info tab in compliance with AMLA regulation. No withdrawals will be processed if the above documents are not uploaded.
  2. To file a withdrawal, Client should login to his/her Cabinet through: https://my.ashokfx.com/ and click “Withdraw Funds” tab.
  3. Client shall provide the required information therein and click “Confirm”.
  4. After clicking the “Confirm” tab, the Client will receive an email acknowledgment of such withdrawal.
  5. AshokFX does not charge any internal fees for withdrawals. However, please note that payments through a Payment Gateway or via a local or overseas banking institutions may involve bank transfer fees from either party. Any such fees or transaction fees will be the responsibility of the client.
